A dear friend of mine (who is an incredible listener!) bought me a fisheye attachment this past Christmas. Finally put it to use and I am thoroughly pleased :) Thank you Alex!!!

SF TEXTURE

San Francisco is a breath-taking, incredible city. Why not make the little things bigger? Pay attention.

My fellow explorer for the day. While we were unable to navigate throughout the city with the help of the Jejune Institute, we still managed to cover plenty of ground, speak with a bunch of strangers, eat delicious food and (suspiciously) enter private buildings in search of the perfect roof. Don’t rely on him for plant identification — ok, maybe just for lavender.

Let’s appreciate the small things, shall we? (Bokeh lovers, you’re in for a treat.)

It’s even more breath-taking in person.

Merry Christmas, everyone! Enjoy this beautiful day with your loved ones :)

Proud to be a Bay Area Native

As soon as finals were through, the first thing I did (aside from sleep) was take a moment to photograph the beautiful city of San Francisco.

More to come soon, especially of SF during its finest season… Christmas time :)

Loved the way the light peeked over his shoulder and illuminated his cherry-red guitar. What transpired from an attempt to get a variation of angles came to be something of significance. Although the eye fixes onto the lustrous guitar before Gabe’s passionate expression, it goes to show the preeminence of music — in his world, and how he has used this instrument to share it with yours.

To see more portraits of Gabe, visit my official website: www.sui-jeneris.com. It’s currently under construction, so stay posted! :) Hope you are all enjoying your Summertime LPs!
