After a day of brainstorming and moving from location to location on an impromptu shoot, we took a long, hard look at our equipment and decided to try something new — and the Repurposing Project was born! Earlier this semester, all of my camera equipment was stolen from my apartment. The few photoshoots that I held this semester were only made possible by borrowing equipment from my generous photographer friends. Losing my equipment was a blessing in disguise. It gave me more time to dance, a hobby that I picked up upon entering college. Never before have I been so proud and blessed to be a part of such an amazing and incredibly talented group of people, the [M]ovement. You all are seriously my family here at Cal.
